Persistent Power: The Armoury Meta-Progression System
In true survivor-roguelite fashion, defeat in Warhammer Survivors is merely a stepping stone toward greater mastery. Every run rewards gold coins based on wave milestones reached, elites slain, and chests collected. Back in the main menu, the Armoury allows you to invest this currency into permanent, account-wide stat enhancements that turn difficult early waves into routine purges.

Meta-Progression Priority Ranking
Not all stats in the Armoury yield equal returns. In the early game, utility and movement stats far outperform raw health or damage.

Why Pickup Radius Outweighs Health
New players often dump their early gold into Max Health and Health Regeneration, hoping to survive longer. In practice, taking contact damage from hordes quickly outpaces any regeneration rate.
By investing into Pickup Radius:
- You vacuum up gems dropped by distant ballistic kills (such as the Boltgun Evolution).
- You reach Level 8 faster, triggering weapon evolutions by the 5 or 10-minute boss chest.
- Combined with the Dice Cube & Passives, high level-up pacing guarantees complete loadout synergy before the 20-minute wave rush.
The Free Refund System
The Armoury includes a zero-penalty Refund button. If you are struggling with a specific challenge—such as kiting the Norn Emissary Boss—you can refund your points from gold gain and dump everything into Movement Speed, Armor, and Single-Target Damage to secure the victory.
